Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with One Decals Because many of our products are made to order or customised specifically for you, please review this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase. 

1. Custom Products – No Returns or Refunds

All custom, personalised, or made-to-order products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds once production has begun or the order has been completed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

      Products customised with names, text, images, or specific design choices

      Made-to-order or bespoke items

      Products created based on customer-provided specifications

By placing an order for a custom product, you acknowledge and agree that the item is created specifically for you and cannot be resold. 

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

We will gladly replace or refund a custom product only if:

      The item arrives damaged, or

      The item has a manufacturing defect, or

      We made an error compared to the approved order details

To be eligible for an exception, you must:

      Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order

      Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

      Include your order number and a description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Order Approval & Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all custom details (including spelling, design, sizes, colors, and specifications) before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including but not limited to:

      Misspellings or incorrect information provided by the customer

      Incorrect sizes or measurements

      Design choices selected during ordering

4. Cancellations

Because custom products enter production quickly:

      Orders cannot be canceled once production has started

      Cancellation requests submitted before production begins may be approved at our discretion If approved, a cancellation fee may apply to cover design or setup costs. 

5. Non-Custom Products (If Applicable)

If your order includes non-custom (standard) products, those items may be eligible for returns in accordance with our standard Returns Policy, if available. 

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
