Custom Orders
What is a custom order?
A custom order is a product made specifically to your requirements. This may include personalised text, images, sizes, colors, materials, or other specifications selected by you at the time of ordering.
Can I change my custom order after placing it?
Because custom orders move into production quickly, changes are not guaranteed. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes cannot be made.
Can I cancel a custom order?
Custom orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once work or production has started, the order cannot be canceled. Approved cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover design or setup costs.
Are custom orders returnable or refundable?
No. All custom or personalised products are final sale and non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
How do I approve my custom design?
If a proof or mockup is provided, you are responsible for reviewing and approving it carefully. Approval confirms that all details are correct, including spelling, layout, colors, and specifications. Once approved, we are not responsible for errors in the approved design.

How long does it take to make a custom product?
Production times vary depending on the product and order volume. Estimated production times are provided on the product page or during checkout. These are estimates and may change during busy periods.
Will my custom product look exactly like the preview?
We aim to match previews as closely as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, materials, or handmade processes. These variations are not considered defects.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders ship after production is completed. Shipping timelines include production time + shipping time. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order size.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will assist you in filing a claim or locating your package when possible.
